Roja Linda is an extremely red and highly frilled loose-leaf lettuce
variety. It possesses excellent bolting and tip-burn resistance under
high temperatures. The frame is large with medium to wide leaf surface
and frilled leaf margins. Roja Linda can be used in the baby lettuce
market, as well has the fresh market industry. It possesses no
interior reding of the midrib which makes Roja Linda a strong versatile
fresh or processing line. This variety when used for processing may be
planted throughout the entire growing season. When planted for fresh
market please use schedule below. |
