conform to the label description as required under state and federal
seed laws, within recognized tolerances, to the description on the
container and in this catalog. CVS makes no warranties, expressed or
implied, whether of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
or otherwise, which would extend beyond such description. In any
event, our liability for the breach of warranty or contract with
respect to seeds we sell is limited to the purchase price of the seeds.
Seeds not accepted
under these terms and conditions must be returned at once in original
containers, and purchase price will be refunded.
