Frontier Cos is a Parris Island Cos (P.I.C.) type. It has a smoother
midrib than other P.I.C varieties, and darker color This variety has
the tendency not to cup as soon as many other Romaine varieties.
Frontier Cos has shown to have excellent weight due to it’s holding
capabilities and non-cupping. |
