Buccaneer is a long day hot weather iceberg lettuce variety. It
possesses a Salinas Vanguard leaf texture, accompanied with a medium to
large head and long cap leaf coverage. Buccaneer has excellent
tolerance to tip-burn, bolting, and a smooth undulating leaf margin.
Head shape is round with excellent smooth flat midrib, excellent for
fresh or processor market.
