Big Hoss is a butter lettuce developed to produce a large frame and
head size. This variety has superb weight and holding capabilities for
harvesting. Big Hoss is a medium green color and has an impressive
butt appearance. Big Hoss is a slow maturing head type with large head
size, which can be harvested at a younger stage of growth, and will
make excellent market weight. |
